Festival Location
The festival site is located in Old Deer Park, a 7 minute walk from Richmond train station. The address is Old Deer Park, Old Palace Ln, Richmond TW9 1PQ.
The closest stations and bus routes are:
Richmond (TfL Overground and National Rail) approximately 0.4 miles from the event site – More information on the National Rail website.

We aim to be an environmentally conscious event so e-tickets are our preference. Please ensure you have a mobile version ready for scanning at the entrance. To ensure easy scanning please turn your phone brightness up. If you prefer to bring a printed copy these will also be accepted.

Can I bring food & drink?
We have a stellar line-up of some of the UK’s finest food vendors you can buy food from, so no external food & drink should be brought into the festival. There will be bars onsite selling a wide range of alcoholic drinks as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Please note that a Challenge 25 policy is in operation at all bars on site.

Can I Bring A Bag?
To make your entry to the site as seamless as possible, we recommend that you don’t bring a big bag. No suitcases or large bags will be permitted. There are no cloakroom or locker facilities on site.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes, you can bring your plastic or metal water bottle to Marzamemi. Stay hydrated!
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Besides food and drink, what other on-site facilities are there?
Box Office
If you are collecting tickets or have any ticketing queries, please visit our on-site Box Office, which is open from 11am to 9pm.
Toilets
Toilets, including accessible toilets, are located throughout the site and clearly signposted.
Lost property
Lost Property is also handled at the Welfare Tent. Please head there and speak to our Lost Property Manager if you have lost or found an item.
Recycling bins
In an effort to reduce the use of plastic at our event, there is a ban on the sale of all single-use plastic bottles on site. You can find recycling bins, alongside general waste bins, placed at regular intervals.
Cash points
There are no cash points available on site. Marzamemi is a cashless event and accepts card payments only.
Can I park at Marzamemi Festival?
There is parking available directly next to the site but we do recommend using alternative transport where possible.

Bays available: 285 Car, 1 Motorcycle, 3 Coach
Hours of operation: Mon to Sat – 8am to 6.30pm, Sun and Bank Holidays – 11am to 5pm. This car park is accessible and free to park in outside of these hours.
Can I leave the event and come back later?
You are welcome to leave the event and return. Please keep your ticket on you to return onto the site.

Is there seating? Can I bring a chair?
There will be ample seating, so please do not worry about bringing one!
What items are prohibited at Marzamemi?
There are no cloakroom facilities & staff are not permitted to store, hold or look after items.For the safety of the event and attendees, unattended items such as bags, chairs, umbrellas etc, will be promptly removed & disposed of.
The following are considered dangerous and are not permitted. Our security team reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items, including:
- Drones
- Glass in any form (including perfume bottles)
- Cans or metal containers
- Spray cans, gas canisters or compressed gas in any container
- Containers of glitter
- Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, Chinese lanterns
- Camping stoves or cooking apparatus, explosives
- Handheld communication devices such as radios, radio jammers/scanners
- Firearms, knives or blades, replica weapons of any sort
- Umbrellas
- Balloons
- Stools/camping sticks/chairs or other furniture
- Gazebos or parasols
- Sports equipment
- Flags and banners
- Megaphones, amplification equipment
- Klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise
- Laser pens
- Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, trolleys
- Any other item which security may deem hazardous
- Bags larger than 45cm x 36cm x 20cm
- Food or drink (with the exception of sealed water bottle)
- Controlled substances (including psychoactive substances)
- Animals, with the exception of guide dogs
